Morning everyone ~

Today is Friday… yeah !!!
Down with flu and cough again… argh…
But i'm proud of myself by working this whole week despite bob having this week off.
Usually i will try to take off to accompany him. but he refused.
as i just start my current job. :)

Haha anyway I think I did 2 not so good things yesterday…

First: bob & me went to play arcade, playing half way thru there is this boy ard 8 yrs old approach me and give me an innocent look ask:
“Aunt, can I borrow your coin? “
I was so engross in the game when I turn and look at him;
I give him a weird look.
I say “no.”
He gave me a sad face and walk away …

I feel like asking him, I lend u how u going to return me?
But I dun bother and continue my game….
I was thinking if he calls me jie jie maybe I could consider giving him…
but aunty no way!!!!

Second: as usual taxi stand will have a lot of people q-ing.
So we wanted to call a cab…
I tired sliver, red & comfort.
Both red & sliver din went thru.
Finally comfort went thru, there is option for u to choose from your previous location.
So I choose and guess what???
The automated phone system say “there is no taxi avail in the area, please try again later” & the call just end… I was like HUH!!!
Got such thing den u might as well dun let us choose…
angry & try calling again- engaged engaged engaged…
finally went thru again… this time I press to talk to operator.
After saying the details, kana put on hold again….
Then there is another cab indicating change shift to Tampines…
A lot of people try asking but was unsuccessful so went the cab is about to leave bob ask and he ok…
at the same time the system tell me my cab no and will be reaching around 5-7 mins. Haha… there is no option to cancel the booking lor…
try calling back to cancel the line is engaged again.
Jus cant be bother liao…
then later the uncle & comfort tried calling me but I din answer.
LOL…
the system is not user friendly…

Suggestion
1st if they let us choose from the location we once call for cab, when there is no avail cab, they should put us on hold or speak to operator and I’m sure there will be cabs more than willing to be at our service…

2nd they should have an option for us to cancel the booking after the automated system inform us about the cab number and arriving time.
