I got news on my recontract~

Package as follow:
$50 increment & convert to direct contract for 1 year.

Shld I or shld I not ?

Factors to consider:
Who will be taking over my supervisior role?
How efficient is the new system?
What is my career prospect here?
Will I be able to work with the transferred in Engineer? Almost every comment abt him is negative & weird.

I'm thinking of switching to logistics line that requires me to have shift work as those jobs tends to offer better salary.
